Photo Hunt #145: As soon as I saw the theme for this week's photo hunt, I knew just the image I wanted to use. Several years ago Abbey and I, along with a friend, rode Amtrak from Pittsburgh to Altoona and back, so that we could go around the famous Horseshoe Curve. While we were in Altoona, we went to the railroad museum there. In the museum is a replica of the 12th Street Bridge with a sculpture of a girl. And there was a sign. In case you can't read what the sign says:
You could always tell the country girls from the city girls when they were crossing the 12th Street Bridge. The country girls grabbed their skirts and the city girls grabbed their hats.
So in honour of all the city girls everywhere who hang on to their hats, I give you this photo.
soo cute!
