Photo Hunt #147: Furry was almost too easy of a theme for me. I had quite a few photos that would fit, just had to choose which one. I finally decided to go with this baby mountain goat that I was able to get some shots of in Glacier National Park.
This image was made in mid-summer. The goats have to have a thick coat of fur to survive the frigid temps later in the year. By winter this little guy would have been much furrier.
that's a cute baby goat eh.. i had the chance to pat one at Sydney zoo..
ReplyDeleteHappy photohunting!!

ReplyDeleteVery nice example of furry. Cheese comes to mind for some reason, but cheese couldn't be furry, could it?
ReplyDeleteOh my neighbor use to have goats and I just love to watch them. The babies are adorable.

i ENJoy watching goats and lamb slowly ruminate on the pasture. It's almost therapeutic.
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to visit Glacier National park. The little horns are too cute. I think this is a sweet picture.
ReplyDeleteHere are my furry friends!
If you have a chance check out my photo hunt.
A very good choice, nice shot too.
ReplyDeleteA very nice picture of a baby good. I wish we have that kind of goat here in Phil.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwwwww, I just want to reach out and pet it. Is the mama goat anywhere around? Okay...so I think I'll pass on the petting, I don't want to get myself into trouble. What a cutie!!!
ReplyDeleteMy FURRY is posted. Do come by for a viewing if you can find time, won't you? Happy Hunting.

The cutest litle baby goat just put a big smile on my face :) Tell him "thank you very much" from me in Norway :)
ReplyDeletePerfect, indeed!
ReplyDeleteLovely animal. I was chased by one as a child but still like them. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat was my closest encounter ever with mountain goats. And yes, the mom was right nearby. She was keeping a wary eye on me. I used a zoom lens to get this shot. And Glacier NP is a beautiful place to visit. This was during the first few days of July and my children had a snowball fight on a glacier that day.
ReplyDeleteI love your photo! Goats are cute!
