Photo Hunt #144: Recently I decided I'd like to be part of Photo Hunt. It's been going on since 2006 and was started by TnChick. Every week there is a theme and participants post photos (that they made) on their blog. This week's theme is Aftermath. In some ways this is very complex. Aftermaths can have positive, negative and neutral connotations. I had lots of ideas, but finally decided on this photo.
1. We were at Yellowstone and it had been storming. I made this in the late afternoon as we were driving north out of the park. Love seeing double rainbows.

I love that photo. And it is a very beautiful shot for aftermath. Now if there was a big pile of Fiesta dishes at the end of that rainbow, then I would have a new avatar!
Double rainbows meant double pot of golds? Haha! Anyway, it would be great if you can shoot a circular rainbow. I have seen many times but unfortunately I did not have my camera with me during those few rare occasions. What a waste!
