It's summertime, and the living should be easy. So, let it go. Let something go. Consider all the things on your "to do" list, and find a few that aren't really all that critical. Then, reclaim summer. I spent an hour on Sunday sunbathing. Sure, I read a little bit while I was lounging. But, mostly, I just relaxed. Oddly enough, the world did not stop spinning when I stopped multi-tasking. We all have time to relax. Let's take it. |
Sometimes it seems we all get so caught up in daily life that we forget to take time to stop and smell the roses. I think I will try to take Jan's advice.

I am a strong advocate of letting things go. In fact, I refuse to make lists. If I can't remember it, then I don't need it or I don't need to do it. My endless summer!
Thanks Becky for the reminder of letting things go. We all need to do that more often.

I always liked that Mac Davis song about stopping to smell the roses.
Becky.... Thanks for the reminder of slowing down. Sometimes I forget, which is a little too often.
Hope your feeling better.(((HUGS)))
