Red is my favourite colour. And Friday, 6 February, is National Wear Red Day. The American Heart Association has chosen this day to raise awareness of heart disease in women. Did you know that women don't typically present the symptoms we've all been told about for so many years? That's because the studies were done on men. Wearing red is an easy way to help recognise that heart disease in women is different. Click here to go the AHA's website to find out more.

Thanks for the tip, Becky. Tomorrow's wardrobe decision has been made a whole lot easier.
Val, that's just what I thought when I read about it. I have plenty of red. :-)
