Two boxes of fresh black olives just got delivered to my door. I am taking my printouts with me to read while I wait at the surgeon's so when I get back home I will be ready to start this project. I have 5 lbs of Black Sevillano and 5 lbs of Black Manzanilla. This year I know they will be a success!

Thanks Erica. I got a good start on them today. They are all in brine in the garage. Now I just have to be patient for the curing process.
